“Healthy food for Healthy life”

At The Oxford School we believe in giving hands on experience to the students. We firmly believe that learning best takes place when students are involved in meaningful activities. To instill the concept of ‘Healthy food for Healthy life’ the students of year 3 were taken on an exciting educational trip to Carrefour at Madina Mall on 13th October, 2014. The purpose of the trip was to educate the young children to only buy healthy food and eat healthy food. Along with learning about healthy food the children also were taught concepts of addition and subtraction as the students were handling money and buying things from Carrefour. The management of Madina Mall generously gave croissants to the children. The students greatly enjoyed the outing and learnt a great deal as well.
