An educator with more than one and a half decades of experience in teaching and leadership. I am a graduate in Communicative English, have done B.Ed. in English and Masters in Education Leadership. Currently I am pursuing NPQSL.

TOS mission is to develop lifelong learners who are compassionate. Our learners engage in meaningful learning experiences that build resilience and leadership skills. I am inspired by the school’s mission and my personal Leadership mission extends to this. Being the Phonics Leader, Visible Learning Impact Coach, Class Dojo UAE Ambassador, Curriculum Coordinator who successfully introduced Skype the Author , Pajama Day, Pastoral Leader who focused on minute details of staff and students well -being, Innovative Educator Award winner and now the Head of Primary who is also proudly leading the Teaching & Learning Project at TOS, I have always aimed to find the unique voice in each child. At TOS, our key focus is to maintain the excellent care and support of our beloved learners and to raise the standard of education. This will result in their outstanding performance.

As a mother of two children who are at the last stages of the Secondary School, I am very much aware of the challenges and concerns faced by the learners and parents during the different stages of the schooling years. That is why I always believe that effective home-school connection is vital in moulding a child’s learning journey
